I am a Registered Nurse with many experiences in different fields. I was able to handle Emergency room nursing responsibilities when I worked as an emergency room nurse and the challenge of the fast-paced environment in such setting honed my character in providing service under pressure so you would expect me to accept tasks that are needed to be done in a short period of time but with efficiency and excellency.
I was also able to train and develop my skills in Customer service related jobs when I worked as a Customer service representative wherein I handled phone calls, chat support, and email support under Convergys Philippines.
