After working more than 6 years in the Administrative side, I have had many phone calls from many different kinds of people. One thing I can really be proud of is how I am able to handle phone call situations that need prompt logical thinking and decisions. From booking patients, calling insurances to accepting phone calls from families who are interested in daycare, I speak to these people on an average of 10-15 a day, this is aside from the daily responsibilities that I have.

I have been working as a remote Administrative Officer for more than 6 years in two US companies. The first company is an Acupuncture Clinic where my job description carries as a Clinic Assistant at the same time an Admin Officer. Daily tasks include booking patients, accepting phone calls, calling insurances to verify the patients' insurance coverage, billing, and bookkeeping for the clinic's TAX filing. The second company is a school where it focuses on providing daycare and enrichment classes. Being as an Admin Officer managing two daycares with 28 students, the job description for this one is very different from the clinic as I have to communicate with new interested families looking for childcare, enrolling students, collecting licensing forms, booking schedules with the School Director for info sessions and onsite tours, uploading and checking daily entries for the kids like their toilet, meals & sleep, bookkeeping, billing monthly tuitions, and etc. By doing administrative work for more than 6 years, these experiences taught me how to become a multitasker and an effective Admin Officer at the same time. It made me realize that there's much more internal work that we know of. But, this also shows how important it is to be an effective and reliable administrative worker so the workflow is smooth and organized.

Since CANVA has been introduced to the tech world, it has been more than 2 years that I've been using it as well. CANVA provides many different themes and is easy to use unlike Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. CANVA is a great platform to use for those who want easy but admirable and beautiful design results.
