I have 3 years of experience as phone and email support in different accounts such as retail, telecommunications, financial and credit repair accounts. Previously hired as support manager, customer service representative, virtual assistant, appointment setter and credit repair specialist. I was also assigned from dispute, onboarding and customer service department.
