Profile Description

He started out as a WordPress developer, highly proficient in web hosting, domains, cPanel, front-end and back-end WordPress development. He has created websites for various clientele over the span of 15 years. He has taught others in workshops and seminars about WordPress, working online, SEO, and other similar topics since 2008. After mastering the art of web development with WordPress, he transitioned towards customer support and occasionally technical support for various clients - becoming more customer-facing. He shows excellent handling in both voice and non-voice customer support roles in the English and German (Deutsch) language. He is a native speaker in German with German being his mother tongue.

Recent Berlitz Certification shows that he has passed with flying colors. He excels in showing appropriate empathy towards a customer’s problems, and above and beyond problem solving skills to come up with a solution to their needs. He is also greatly familiar and efficient with tools like ZenDesk, Zoho, etc. 

Aside from working as a web developer and customer service representative, He also served as a virtual assistant for a number of clients, handling not just customer support roles as mentioned above but also dealing with more digital marketing inclined tasks such as funnel building and automations using tools like Zapier, ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft by Keap, WooCommerce, Shopify, and so on. In a formal work setting, He acted as the Head of Training and Learning & Development, Managing Training and Quality Analyst personnel for a Freelancing Company, as well as Team Manager for a number of German Clientele. Responsibilities included but were not limited to training, coaching, and managing co-employees under the different companies that he has served; handling administrative tasks, high-level decision making of the business, and the like were included in the daily routine as well.

The last formal employment of his was with Mercedes-Benz Group Services Philippines (MBGSP) which serves and support the larger Mercedes-Benz conglomerate. He served as both a Senior Human Resources Specialist tasked with Learning & Development, and Recruitment and Hiring work as well as Senior Accountant handling Vendor Masterdata (Stammdaten) for the entirety of Merecedes-Benz. Tools used herein include but was not limited to SAP.
