My first job was in a BPO company as a Technical Support Representative, I mostly assisted clients with their internet service and did the ticketing. I also worked in a shipping company and a bank as a loan officer, both I enjoyed immensely since they were challenging. I started working from home when my mother was diagnosed with cancer and I had to stay with her. When she passed away, I continued working from home because I found it more convenient and I got to take care of my family without the need to always interrupt my work. I’m not much for traveling and I usually plan my tour ahead of time. I’m a homebody and that’s why working from home is ideal to me. My first remote job was with Engage to Sell as a Chat Support and Lead Generator Specialist. We assisted clients interested in purchasing cars, motorcycles, boats, and sometimes planes. My second remote job was with Nextdoor as a Content Moderator. I was also assigned to their Fraud Department, where I usually checked for potential fraud or scams online to protect the clients from them. I love working for both because we don’t take calls unless we have tea
