I have 6 months of experience as a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST for a Virtual Staffing company, end-to-end recruitment Upgrade to see actual infoet with hiring managers, post jobs to different hiring platforms like, FB, OLJ & LinkedIn. Screen applicants, interview, systems check, and background check, send emails to applicants to update them on their status. On-boarding process & conducts orientation. 5 months in a recruitment firm calling out and looking for applicants who want to join and work in the BPO industry. Lastly, I have 1 year and 7 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company and I handled (Uber, Hotel Reservations & and Telco).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Design postings on Canva for the openings
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
• Applicant and Referral Program
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Assisting applicants on their exams
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
