Profile Description

• Proficient with XERO and MYOB and other professional software written above.
• Ensuring integrity of accounts in XERO and MYOB and other accounting software
• Familiar with XPM (Xero Practice Manager)
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Manages all the bookkeeping needs of the client (Setting up or Conversion, Reconciling, Invoicing Supplier/Customer)
• Responsible for Payroll processing using XERO and MYOB software
• Prepares superannuation payment in XERO
• Ensure accurate output for Australia compliance and to raise any matters or concerns with Financial Accountant
• Preparing Business Activity Statement/Instalment Activity Statement and Lodging to ATO Portal
• Compute taxes owed and prepare Tax Returns (Individual, Company, Trust) ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Preparing Income Tax Return
• Preparing Business Activity Statement/Instalment Activity Statement
• Preparing Fringe Benefits tax return
• Preparing Tax Planning
• Preparing Monthly Management Report
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive financial audits, government compliance audits, and agreed-upon procedures.
