Profile Description

I have worked as a Sales Representative, Business Development, and Account Executive since 2018. I have extensive communication skills with clients/customers via email, handling their concerns, inquiries, and their interest in whatever it is I'm marketing or selling.
Just to share with you my previous job experience, I worked with a client who had his own business and was starting from scratch. I helped him establish, build, and analyze every process we needed to get more customers. It is a marketing company helping Realtors enhance their listings, so my role is more in administration, sales, and business development because I was doing almost every single task because I started everything on my own and with the help of my employer’s ideas. We plan, we share ideas and I execute them. Until I had my routine and system.
To summarize what my normal routine was, it includes the following:
Responding to phone calls and emails from Realtors, sellers, and brokers. Discuss briefly our services. On the administrative side, I kept and managed multiple Excel sheets and logged my day-to-day progress, sales, filing, and everything we needed to keep and organize for future reference.
I found my passion for that kind of work and take it seriously because I know it’s what I want to do and I’m very confident with the skills, aggressiveness, and determination I have to get a customer or client.
My goal is to always provide virtual assistance that you won’t find anywhere else and, of course, to be cost-effective.
