Profile Description

- Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification.
- Organize data through process mapping and flowcharting.
- Analyze operating data and statistics to identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes, policies, personnel, equipment, or tools.
- Create high-level and detailed estimates of the effort involved in the assigned department or procedure.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned department’s tasks, responsibilities, structure, and outputs.
- Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently.
- Find and recommend solutions to address challenges and gaps identified from the analysis stage.
- Design and test process upgrades and new process systems.
- Design, simulate and test the tools included in the new process.
- Develop process documents/manuals for assigned departments or procedures.
- Develop training materials and conduct training for all process actors and departments involved in the new process.
- Prepare, draft, and present house floor plan and 3D house perspective design proposals (exterior and interior design)
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
