I am currently a Part-Time College IT Instructor looking for a night shift part-time job/ side hustle. I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Customer Service Specialist, Account Manager, Technical Support, and a capable Virtual Assistant with proven experiences and of long-standing background in the industry. I am a mature team worker and I can work well both in a team environment as well as using my initiative. I can work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. I have come up with strategic initiatives that I believe will prove valuable to any company I work for. With my 10+ years of experience in this career; handling different accounts and positions; I've perfected my Customer Service abilities. Keen attention to detail and accuracy has always been my top priority and I make sure to contribute critical thinking which I consider a good strategy to convey how serious and committed I am to providing excellent customer service. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with problem-solving and solid talents. I am also confident with my Interpersonal/Intrapersonal skills and tech skills.
