I have strong English communication skills developed through my two years of experience working as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, which helped me become confident in speaking clearly, professionally, and with a neutral accent. I also took the IELTS exam and achieved an overall band score of 7, which reflects my proficiency in understanding and using English in both spoken and written form. This combination of real-world experience and formal assessment ensures that I can communicate effectively, handle calls smoothly, and deliver tasks with accuracy and clarity.

I was HIPAA certified and highly skilled in using WebPT for managing electronic medical records, including preparing Physical Therapy Initial Evaluations (PTIE), progress reports, and PT notes. I also handled new patient registrations in both WebPT and eClinicalWorks, ensuring complete, accurate, and well-organized documentation. In addition, I was proficient in Canva, which I used to create professional and visually appealing materials for clinic use.

I created Physical Therapy Initial Evaluations (PTIE) in WebPT using information from patient registration forms and intake questionnaires. I maintained and updated physical therapy notes in the WebPT system to accurately reflect each patient’s visits, progress, and treatment plan. I also registered new patients in both eClinicalWorks and WebPT, ensuring accurate data entry while preventing duplicate records and minimizing registration errors. Additionally, I prepared medical claims in eClinicalWorks for billing patients based on the services rendered by the physical therapy department.
