Profile Description

o Serve in a project manager capacity via management of end to end system life cycle development of small to large-scale projects.
o Provide business analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design for major projects.
o Assist with conducting a comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and prepare business cases for projects.
o Supports the implementation team in designing, building, and testing data integration components for new and existing customers.
o Configures custom IVR/ACD solutions
o Designs, builds, and tests data integration solutions that leverage web service and API technologies using a proprietary scripting language similar to VB and Javascript.
o Builds customer facing custom stored procedures using SQL.
o Represents the technical services and professional services organization as a product expert.
