I am a Data and Document Retrieval Specialist with over a decade of experience in the legal and healthcare sectors.
Most recently, I served as a Legal Clerk at Legal Soft, where I worked specifically for their client, DK Law. In this role, I was responsible for requesting, tracking, and retrieving critical documents from hospitals, law firms, and government agencies. I also handled insurance subrogation claims and audited provider ledgers to ensure 100% accuracy. Throughout this work, maintaining strict HIPAA compliance was a top priority.

Prior to that, I spent five years as a Data Specialist at iFive Inc., where I acted as the primary bridge between medical facilities and clients to retrieve and verify complex records.

My background also includes experience as a Data Analyst at Accenture, where I managed large-scale membership data for healthcare insurance, and a role as a Customer Care Specialist at Concentrix.
