Profile Description

I have been employed with my current employer for over 5 years to date, wherein I had worked for 2 lines of business already. My first 3 years and 7 months was with Fraud Analyst Call Center, where we critically analyze patterns of credit card activities, interact with customers over the phone and dUpgrade to see actual info whether to clear an account or not after thorough research. I applied for a higher position and is currently working for Merchant Services where I was notice and is currently considered as one of the subject matter experts. As a Merchant Services Representative, we answer general to in-depth inquiries and concerns froUpgrade to see actual inforchants by reviewing and analyzing their account activities even down to a single penny. I also am skilled in troubleshooting company issued credit/debit point-of-sale machines to resolve transaction and/or communication issues. I can proudly say that during my stay with my current company, I got very little to none in terms of errors on both lines of business.
Prior to my current job, I also worked with a travel company where I served as a flight analyst for few months before i got transferred to sales.
I am also proficient in both Microsoft Office and PowerPoint applications.
