I have started my career under the Marketing umbrella handling different kinds of tasks such as handling Social Media content, inquiries and feedbacks, coordinating with suppliers for collaterals, and if there are events then I would assist in ingress and egress, registration and giveaways, program flow, and many more. After COVID hit last 2020, I started thinking about what I should do next and I started my Customer Service journey with different BPO companies here in Cebu. I realized that I enjoy conversing with people and during my free time I would help my aunt and mother plan for their events or meetings, just like a personal assistant. I am great at organizing day to day activities, I love to research for new places to eat at or stay in, I particularly enjoy working at my desk at home while enjoying quality time with my family and friends.
