Profile Description

I have 5 years of BPO experience. My first BPO experience was being a customer service representative for a telco account at Teleperformance Sucat for 6 months. Answering calls from customers and assisting them with their concerns. My next BPO job was at TaskUs, where I was assigned to an online shopping platform for 2 years. After my 6th month being an email support on that account, I was tasked to be a QA for one and a half years until the account moved to a different company. I was redeployed to a different account, an American question-and-answer website, where my task was to moderate the questions posted by the users. I have to check if the question is in line with our policies or have too many grammatical errors. After my 6th month, I was transferred to a different account as the line of business I belonged to was taken by a different company. The account I was transferred to is a social media platform. My task is to moderate videos and chats to check if it violates any of our policies. I'm planning to switch to a full-time work-from-home job because it is safer, more convenient, and has better opportunities.
