- Over 2 years of working experience in Customer Service industry.- Fashion Account Customer Service Representative - answering calls handling customers concerns in their orders, billing, shipping and refunds.- Chat Sales Agent- Facebook Content Moderator – evaluating and rating social media profiles theme or vertical, based on what they post in their profiles.- Face Hologram Annotator - annotate each part of the face (full face) for Facebook's virtual reality Avatar.- Home health Virtual Assistant - Intake/ Customer Service - handling healthcare account, outbound calling hospital clinics to verify the Primary Care Provider of the patients.- Google Sheets - updating patients medical records sheet in our system- Nextiva - Faxing Progress Notes and Orders to physician.- Calling patients for Welcome call and setting an appointment for them to start home health services.- Diligent and makes sure to get the job done properly.
