About 14 years experience in the business process outsourcing industry. I have been into various positions from being a rank and file to a manager. This makes me a versatile worker. I have a long experience as customer support agent. I also have a long solid experience in employee training and team management.
I have been a virtual assistant and my job was to make sure my clients tasks are all organized and on schedule. I answer emails, chats, and call banks and clients. I enter client information into the database.
I have also been a content writer for a publishing company. I create abstracts/summaries for printed books, articles, dissertations, etc. to be be published online.
I have been a call center agent, a quality assurance officer, a trainer, a team leader, a complaints officer, a business intelligence officer, a content writer, a virtual assistant, and some other posts in between. These qualifications would give you an assurance that I deliver quality result.
