Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry since June of 2008. I started as a technical support representative then promoted to a coach position after a year. As a coach, I was responsible for providing real time suggestions or answers to agents to needs help in resolving customer's issue over the phone. A coach or subject matter expert has to be familiar with the processes of the company and all the products and services that they offer.
I am currently a trainer in one of the call centers in the Philippines and I am handling both products and soft skills training. My rich experience in technical support, customer service, retention programs and my interpersonal skills have gained me credibility to train. As a trainer, I am responsible to training new hires so they acquire product expertise and improve their customer handling skills. I have always been a successful trainer with more than 90% pass rate in all the classes that I have handled since I started.
This job is not something new to me. I consider myself an expert in this field. I have gained this credibility though experience and hard work. This is what makes me confident that I can do this job.
