I have proven ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems like Salesforce, directly supporting sales and marketing initiatives and improving operational efficiency. In my role as a Dealer Support Representative at SunPower, a key part of my job was managing our company's CRM database to ensure our sales team had accurate, up-to-date information on all our clients.

Creating Thumbnails and Utilizing AI tools to produce quality images

Processed sales orders, monitored shipment status, issued packing lists, and closed orders in Oracle upon delivery confirmation.

Project Coordination: Managed project data in Salesforce, validated design packages, distributed finalized designs, and communicated revisions between field and design teams, ensuring accurate and timely project execution.

Rebates & Invoicing: Handled rebate processing by accurately booking sales order lines in Oracle, reconciled rebate values, ensured invoice accuracy, resolved discrepancies, and collaborated with sales and accounting for timely invoice application.

Processed sales orders, monitored shipments, issued packing lists, and closed orders in Oracle, while providing internal customer support for efficient order management.

At SunPower I was able to manage the end-to-end logistics for new home shipments, including booking, scheduling, and coordinating with dealers to ensure on-time delivery.
