I have worked in a BPO company for 6 years as a Market Research Interviewer and inbound calls as a sale representative and customer service.
I have been cold calling for four years now and I can say I have greatly improved since I started. I am familiar with ReadyMode, Mojo, CallTools, Podio, VoipLine, MightyCall, Hubspot and can be easily trained. When working as a cold caller, I make sure that I work efficiently and effectively.
I never had an attendance issue with the prior company that I worked with. One thing is for sure, I can work with less supervision and I can work with integrity.
