I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and worked as an ICU-CCU Nurse for 3 years while having a side job being an online freelancer. I am in business for 5 years already.
I am an experienced general virtual assistant focusing on Executive and Administrative Assisting and Medical Insurance quality assurance support. Many times I handle people my clients want me to manage on behalf of them and train new tasks. Mostly, I work directly with my employer to assist in a proactive and timely manner. I manage their schedules, handle correspondence, book flights, and travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and ensure the implementation of objectives promptly.
More than being an administrative assistant, I also do content writing, customer support, and cold calling. Being trained as an EA for quite sometime honed me to master the skill of multitasking. I write and speak English fluently am knowledgeable of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Helpscout, Zendesk, and Mailchimp. I also have a background in being a quality assurance personnel for medical health insurance companies around the USA. This job taught me well the value of confidentiality and critical thinking.
My seven years of experience enhanced me to be a competent and self-motivated worker. I am committed to producing results above and beyond what is expected. I am also open to learning and excelling in new technologies or the kind of skills that are needed in this industry. I don't believe in the saying, jack of all trades master of none. Why? because the human mind is so flexible and comprehensive that it shouldn't only be limited to learning and honing a single skill.
