Profile Description

- Analyzing data to forecast demand and future needs, and ensuring all possible efforts were made so that we never run out of stocks.-  Ensuring that, while we never run out, we do not keep excessive inventory that would incur unnecessary carrying costs for the business.
- Monitor and record all shipments daily, warning Operations of delays and communicating them with the supplier as needed.
- Maintain regular reporting to the Director of Operations to keep him in the loop on the status of all SKUs.
- Keeping track of product updates and inventory to make sure all the data across the various channels are up to date.
- Creating Item Receipts for Purchase orders, Item Fulfillment of Transfer Orders and Sales Orders using the Netsuite interface. Creating shipment to route items from suppliers warehouse in the USA to 3PL warehouse partners. Requesting reimbursement claims for the lost/damaged items in Amazon using the Refund Genie tool in the Helium program.
- Creating reports that give our Brand Managers and Clients the information they need for Sales, Inventory, and Marketing to make sure that our Products are available for our customers! Flag products that have been in inventory for too long.
- Coordinating with the Supplier/Manufacturer about the production and details of the shipment such as total cost, method/type of transportation, ETA, Carrier company, etc.
- Monitoring the inventory levels from 3PL warehouses to check which of the items in Amazon can be replenishable if the stocks decrease due to sales.
- Creating Shipping plans either be it directly from the supplier or from a local 3PL warehouse and dUpgrade to see actual info what type of shipping method to be used based on the freight volume to replenish the stocks in Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
