I have worked at a huge BPO company for 6 years with experience in Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support and for 3 years as a Reports Analyst. While working, I have finished my degree in Architecture, so I can also do architectural or any stuff related to designs. When I went overseas, I had worked in Travel Agency as a Reservations executive and did Sales and Marketing and then moved to a Resort working in the Edistribution or Ecommerce and Online Market analyst. I do reports and analysis.
Since the pandemic, I have been working from home and since I only have contact with my company through mails and messages or phone calls, I have considered it as a virtual assistance experience.
I have worked in a BPO company that also trained me to speak and comprehend in English and I could say that my speaking and writing in this language is fair.
I did try blogging in my previous years when I had time. I usually do travel blogs. http://jamminpink.blogspot.com/?m=1
