Profile Description

I started working as a customer support agent who handles healthcare insurance. In the first few months that I got this job, I was then entrusted to lead the floor and assist my colleagues. After 2 years, I transferred to another company that specializes in e-commerce for Amazon UK email and chat. I was one of the top performing agents and got promoted to a team lead position. After a year, I was transferred to handle billing and sales. I was recognized as the Top TL for the year, and my team has been awarded. too as the top team quarter per quarter. My skills for coaching, mentoring and leading are honed which led me to have 40 heads under my care. Arount 30% of my agents were also promoted after a year and became the next leaders in the company. After10 years of being in a BPO world, I dUpgrade to see actual info to go on freelancing. I was thankful that I was able to work and be with my family at the same time. I was exposed to different niches like data entry, customer solutions, encoding, creating graphics, monitoring of social media and reconciliation. I am willing to learn more and explore the freelancer world and excited to impart my skills and experiences to my future clients.
