I've been in the BPO Industry for 4 years with the most recent one at an outbound sales program for 2 years and 8 months. After just 6 months of working as a front liner and being a top agent in selling Telco products, I worked my way up to become a sales coach and eventually handled my own team. This I believe is a proof that I am a fast learner and that I can easily adapt to the changes that the business and clients demand. Working in a goal driven environment, I learned that I can deliver positive results even under pressure. Partnered with my experience as a sales agent and as a team manager, I am able to work well not just with my peers and colleagues but also with my customers and clients. This helped me in tailor fitting the solutions that I present based on what the business needs.
