By handling your accounting, I will assist you as a business owner in concentrating more on expanding your enterprises.

What I can do is this:

Configuration and/or upkeep of XERO files such as:
-Personalized account chart.
-Upload transaction history from bank records.
-Assisting with any necessary bank feed setup.
-Help with configuring any third-party integration tools that are required.
-Customized Reporting.

Daily bookkeeping that involves the following, but is not limited to it:
-Record income/cash receipts from bank deposits.
-Record disbursements/expenses from bank transactions.
-Log interbank transactions.
-Note any necessary adjustment entries.
-Reconciling credit card and bank transaction balances to the statement.
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to the supporting documentation.
-Generating purchase orders, credit notes, sales invoices, bills, and other documents.

Monthly financial reporting including:
-Statement of Financial Position/Balance Sheet.
-Profit and Loss Report/Income Statement.
-Comparisons from month to month where appropriate.
