I'm an experienced customer service representative for email, chat, and phone support. I've been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now, and below are the clients and projects that I've handled throughout the years:

• Sony Electronics - Our company, HGS, catered to Sony and I've worked there for 4 years as a technical support representative for consumer electronic products. The job was to answer calls from customers based in the US, and give support to their product concerns. Some products examples are TV's, Smart TV's, Media Players, BD/DVD players, Audio Products, etc. We also covered minor sales and order related inquiries.

• Sony MyPlay Direct - When our company acquired this E-commerce account, I was one of the few who were chosen to play the role. This website has now changed to PopMarket. We've run this account for 3 years, and the main task was to answer customer service emails for orders that are placed online. Most common inquiries include order status, return policies, issuing RMA's, placing an order, and some technical issues.

• beIN Sports Play - During my stay with MyPlay Direct, they've let me handle another account wherein we're required to assist customers through Chat. This was a technical account, and our main job was to help customers with their video streaming concerns. We've also handled subscription status, account verification, and refund/payment inquiries.

• Bose Corporation - This is the current account that I'm in, and still with HGS. As a known brand, this covers mostly audio and home entertainment products. I've took in calls, still technical related concerns, for about 2 years. Currently, I'm in the email department and the job covers technical and customer service related issues that we're supposed to answer via Email.

With my experiences, I’ve managed to accumulate a great deal of expertise be it by phone, chat, or email. I can guarantee you that I have great knowledge with many tasks involving the web, so you don’t have to waste time training or teaching me a lot of things.
