Customer Support Representative / Virtual Assistant

I've been a Customer Support Representative for different companies and has experienced working with different support channels such as through email tickets, phone calls and even live chats. I've worked as a tech-support agent and troubleshot issues with network and VOIP. I've experienced working for an e-commerce company assisting customers who have concerns regarding the product we're offering. Recently, I also has been part of a Gaming Company wherein we assist our 'players' to resolve their concerns and get them back into the service.

i have experience in creating, managing, and editing orders in Shopify and utilize the platform for E-commerce use.

I have familiar understanding when it comes to optimizing a website to rank for Google searches, part of this is searching for great links with values for backlinks purposes.
