I am currently working as a full-time chat/email support at Sutherland Global Philippines for more than 5 years.
I do have small knowledge in copywriting and creative writing as I have a Facebook page for my small-time business. Copywriting is more about communicating well with your audience. Though sometimes, I am thinking that I am not a good copywriter, or at times, it takes for me to write anything, and doubtful why I am writing. I always remember the saying that "You don't need to be a good writer to be a good copywriter". To have an effective way to be a copywriter, instead of the spotlight being on you, we should move the spotlight to them. You should not write like a robot, instead, write like a human. Do not provide hard details/information, instead, be clear with your message. You should not begin with the end mind, instead, Call to Action. Remember that a confused mind always says "No".
