Profile Description

Achieve revenue based quota by selling renewal / products and services.
•    Work within dedicated territory for established clients.
•    Provide accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecast
•   Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements
•    Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – the majority of communication is outbound.
•    Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.
•    Maintain the customer management system (CRM/Salesforce) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.
•    Successfully promote products or services for established clients.
•     Assist with internal customer renewal status/history inquiries
•    Respond to/research/follow up
•    Collaborate and cooperate with Field/Inside Sales Force
•    Maintain professional internal and external relationship
