Profile Description

I have almost 10 years of experience from the BPO industry. I handled calls, chat and email queries from different campaigns from different companies. Currently, I am with the Escalations team from a food delivery service campaign. We deal with clients internationally (UK) on a daily basis. We also do fraud investigation from our customer's accounts and communicate to them on the actions that needs to be taken giving me a wide experience with research, analysis and admin works. We also deal with customers via social media and assisting them with their concern about their order. I am also a person of contact within our team and doing special tasks such as facilitating a teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting, scheduling an appointment with the work force and discussing important updates. I have also a vast experience as a virtual assistant and doing tasks such as managing email or social media accounts, making phone calls and scheduling important appointments.
