I've been working in the BPO industry/ call center for more than 8 years now. I started as a Customer Service Representative where I handled calls for more than 1 year to cater travel services and sales of a huge travel agency in United States. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and partnered with some Supervisors/ Trainers to assist with the new hire associates and even tenured ones. I have gauged myself in a supporting role thereafter. I became a Workforce and Reporting Analyst which handles more administrative tasks, scheduling, and queue monitoring. I've gained and honed different skills such as using of Microsoft Tools/ Applications and Google Workspace. I am well- versed in generating and creating dashboards and reports for operations. I am also exposed to using time tracking and project management tools. Also, I used to create SOPs or process documents from my previous employer.
