I am a graduate of BS Development Communication in the University of the Philippines, Major in Broadcasting. Along with the educational experience, I have 18 years of experience in BPO industry dealing with US and UK clients. I have assumed the roles of customer service representative, manager and trainer within 18 years. I have also worked part-time as an Online English Teacher to Korean students.
As a manager and trainer, I was exposed to administration task such as payroll, tax role outs, budget planning and strategic planning.
With the 18 years experience in BPO industry mainly Customer service, I have been exposed and properly trained with the set of skills cited above. I may say that the promotions to being a manager and trainer proved that I am one of the best in the companies I have worked with.
