That was the start of his continuous career till 2014 of December. He decided that' it's time to switch to homebased for some many reasons.

Caesar did not finish his course in college due to financial crisis but that did not stop him from pursuing his dreams and be a specialist in his own rights. As a person, He is very hardworking individual; He can work with large groups, He is cooperative and craving to learn a lot. He is highly committed, tenacious and a resilient person who is able to understand quickly a client's need and be able to organize, company's resources to satisfy the requirements.
