I am enthusiastic, reliable and a hardworking individual who has over 3 years experience in giving professional, proficient and high quality service to international companies I worked with here in the Philippines. I am already promoted to Customer Service Representative level 2. Prior to entering the virtual customer service job, I worked as a Sales professional to various local companies which makes me engaged in online marketing using various social media platforms as a tool to promote and sell products. I also handled people and I am basically a leader and a team player. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone, through live chats and email using different tools. I have knowledge in working with basic Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel. 
I am flexible, resourceful, hardworking and can do multi-tasking as need arises to make sure that I meet target deadlines and consistent results. I am a fast learner, eager to learn new things and willing to train for new tools if Upgrade to see actual infoegrity is one of my best attitudes at work in providing efficient service to the company that I'm working with, as well with the clients. I am looking forward to working with your humble company and I am dedicated to providing the best service and practice that I've learned through the years of working in customer service.
