11 years combined office and home base Sales, Technical and Customer Service, 2 years combined online and classroom base teaching
I've been working as Technical Support Specialist (with a little bit of Sales involved) with AT&T Internet Services before I was transferred to a Medical Account (HMO) as a Customer Service Representative and at the same time working on claims with medical professionals such as nurses and doctors
(clinics and hospitals). I also worked as a Customer / Sales Service Representative with a Student Loan Company and during peak season for a seasonal account they would choose agents to handle a flower delivery company to handle sales and complaints and I was one of them. Did work with a Cable Company too to process orders and bills. Did few works online like online teaching (Japanese Students) did some admin works (was also appointed as an HR and Team Leader who would hire new teachers and check their schedules and teacher if they were doing the assigned task or not.), Sales with an online company who creates websites for their business, also worked with a Mortgage Company to call leads who would want to refinance and up-sell some products. And lastly, taught kids and adults at an International School overseas.
Almost 4 years as a Healthcare Executive dealing with billing, claims and adjustments of Medical Insurance. I could work under pressure, high stress and I do make a real effort on work. I would want a long term, stable job where e can help each other.
