*Easily identify and fixed problem like slow query, corrupt tables, dead calls, long agent wait times and many more.
*Daily and weekly database maintenance for a full backup, optimize table, and archiving of old data to obtain high performance.
*Access VICIdial offsite using OpenVPN which is set up under pfsense firewall.
*Support VICIdial system locally and abroad.
