Profile Description

*11 Years of experience handling VICIdial Server 9since 2009)
*Strong experience in handling VICIdial cluster using the setup of 1 master database, 1 slave database, 4 web servers, 13 sip servers, and 1 FTP server.
*Consistently managed multiple campaigns settings in real-time
*Create users, phone logins and balance the work load for each sip servers.
*Setup campaign for inbound and outbound calls (List management, dial statuses, agent scripts, inbound in-groups, DID setup, Call Menus, Filter Phone groups, carrier setup, server setup, conference setup and etc.)
*Strong experience in handling MySQL Database (database optimization, database backup and recovery, database archiving, database replication, database stored procedure, and etc.)
*Strong Experience in handling Linux Server (Opensuse, Ubuntu and etc.)
*Support other pbx system like pbx in a flash, goautodial, trixbox and elastix.
*Maximize outbound call per campaign to lower agent wait time based on bandwidth usage up to 80-90% consumption and sufficient system load per sip server.
*Make use of database replication to ensure reports are managed through slave server to avoid disruption of calls during operation hours.
*Easily identify and fixed problem like slow query, corrupt tables, dead calls, long agent wait times and many more.
*Daily and weekly database maintenance for a full backup, optimize table, and archiving of old data to obtain high performance.
*Access VICIdial offsite using OpenVPN which is set up under pfsense firewall.
*Support VICIdial system locally and abroad.
