• Conducts initial screening and interview of applicants for direct hires, contractual and on calls, in accordance to company’s standards and policy.

Administers series of psychological exams to shortlisted applicants and evaluate test results
• Endorsed to Requesting Department Head for second interview and endorses to HRD Manager qualified applicants for final interview.
• Conducts background investigation of shortlisted qualified applicants for final interview and for possible hiring.
• Prepare documentary requirements to be accomplished by hired applicants. E.g. pre-employment requirements, appointment letter of employment and contracts for signature of authorized signatories.
• Responsible in maintaining a pool of potential hires for casual, on-call and relievers.
• Responsible in maintaining manpower pooling of applicants for future hiring.
• Responsible in posting and advertising of vacancy and pooling to newspaper, universities/campuses, website and other on-line sites for job posting, e.g. job street and etc.
• Attends job fair and job forum.
• Manpower pooling (monitoring) of approved Manning or contractual position requirements e.g. required vs. filled position

Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.

Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.

Coordinate with agency to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.

Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
1) PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
• Assists HR Manager in facilitate yearly conduct of
employees’ performance appraisal and evaluation
? Distribute performance appraisal forms to respective employees’ department supervisors every last quarter of each year.
? Collect all accomplished PAF from respective department supervisors on or before two weeks after each quarter ends.
? Compute Rating Result of Employees PAF and consolidate results and submit to HR Manager
• Prepares necessary documentation related to employment status e.g. regularization, promotions, transfer, termination, and etc.
? Distribute Evaluation Form to Department Supervisor of concerned employee due for regularization at least one month before contract due date.
? Assists Concerned Department Head/Supervisor in processing “Notice for HR Action Form” for employees’ promotion, transfer, and or termination for endorsement from HR Manager for Management approval.

• Assist HRD Manager in the continuing job evaluation, job analysis and formulation of suitable job descriptions

HR INFORMATION SYSTEM
• Responsible in the maintenance and upkeep of employees’201 file, and ensure that electronic back-up 201 file is updated.
• Responsible in preparing all outgoing and incoming communication e.g. letter, memorandum, notices of HRD and Admin Department per request of Superior.
OTHERS
• Responsible in the issuance of employment certification and certificate of clearance for all existing and separated employees.
• Assists HRD Manager in necessary undertakings of HRD from time to time.
