A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I was hired as a sales representative as soon as I graduated. After 2 years, I was accepted as a technical support associate. Has been working there for 4 years. During my time as a technical support, I learned to improve my multitasking skills, assisting 2-3 customers at a time when there is high chat volume. This also help develop my typing skills of up to 50-60 wpm. I was trained to deal with customers that needs assistance in billing, network, games & apps troubleshooting as well as hardware. With these experience and my determination to help resolve the customer's concern, I am confident I can finish and complete any tasks.
