I have 4 years of experience in e-commerce management.-Searching a product -Creating product listings, for -Looking Suppliers, to -Editing professional product photos, -Shipping and fulfillment, -Inventory management and keeping track of -Product availability.I have successfully launched products on e-commerce platforms (Shopee) and have seen my work result in increased sales. My understanding of customer service has enabled me to resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.

I'm a dedicated, hard-working, and goal-oriented person. I always keep in mind that I should always look on the positive side of every situation, and no matter how complex the problem is, I need to be professional and always do the right thing to do.
