I worked for a Telecommunications Company in Australia. I worked as Billing, Customer Service, Sales and Technical Support for a mobile account.
I also worked as a Fraud Prevention and Claims Representative for a Banking account where we verify card transactions if it's valid and made by the customer or if it's a fraudulent activity. We also help customers in disputing fraudulent transactions on their card so they can recover the unauthorized payments and withdrawals.
I experienced working for an online furniture store in US and Canada, We do lead generation and scheduling meetings and appointments for leads and clients.. We obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
