I've been a Technical Support for an Anti Virus account where I troubleshoot customer's computer removing malware/virus on their computer or laptop and also a technical support in a Telco account where my task is to assist the customer with their self install kit such us Internet Home Phone and Cable then became a Front End Pharmacy Representative a Data Entry type of an account my task is to ensure the patient's information being recorded accurately and ordering their medicine according to the prescriptions. And I also have an experience with sales account where we provide best offers that suits the customers needs and satisfy them with their purchased items. Then lastly being a Customer Service Representative of a huge Telco Company in the US where we handle move service order, new service order, shipping, cancelation, suspension, account restoration, package change, billing questions, refund, credits, payments, and basic technical issues for IPDSL,IPTV,VOIP,SATT,SATELLITE CABLE and WIRELESS/ MOBILITY SERVICES.I am particular to my attendance and strictly adhere to the company's regulation I am a hard working person meeting the goal is my top priority.
