I've been in BPO industry for almost 9 years now. I'm currently working as a Virtual Assistant and handling a Real Estate campaigns for both BUYERS and SELLERS. 

REAL ESTATE INSIDE SALES AGENT ? I was able to handle campaigns for both buyers and sellers. My task was to look for prospects who are actively buying investment or residential properties. My role is to pre qualify the lead and make sure to get their preference for a home so that we can send them listings based on their criteria. ? I was able to meet my monthly quota and know how to handle objections. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ? Main role here is administrative Tasks such as creating a listing through Zillow and Craigslist, follow up leads we get from Zumper and showmojo. Making sure that I'll be able to assist the tenants' needs from maintenance to their payments. ? I was able to finish all the tasks given to me on time from transcribing documents to sending contracts to the tenants.
