I worked in RCBC Savings Bank for 15 years in the field of consumer loans.
I started in backroom positions first as Recon Specialist wherein I handled the checking of the work of the bookkeepers and loan processors and made necessary adjustments if needed.
Then, after a year I was promoted as Universal Loan Processor wherein I handled the processing of loans such as Auto, Housing, Personal and Salary loans.
In this job I verifies the computation of the fees and charges given, prepares the loan proceeds, commissions, incentives, refund, interest payments and payment transactions relating to loans.
After working in 3 years as loan processor I was promoted as Universal Loan Bookkeeper, here I processed the posting of loan payments, validates returned debits, post payments reversals in the system, repricing the monthly rate of the housing loans, reconciliations, and prepares amortization schedules.
Then after 2 years I was promoted as Marketing Specialist here I assisted the account officers who handles the housing loans, then after a year I transferred to Loan Documentation Department as Review Section Head wherein I supervised 4 personnel as loan reviewers, we handles the review of loan documents of all consumer loans that were approved and subject for booking and release.
After 2 years I transferred as Account Officer, I handled the housing loan under developer generated. Here I generates mortgaged loan volume, prepares packages in conformity with lending guidelines and credit criteria.
Explain to the borrowers the different types of loans and credit options that are available as well as the terms and conditions.
