After more than 10 years of continuous progression and achievement, including 4 years in leadership positions providing excellent operations, accounts and program management, I am ready to take the next step in my career. I am writing to introduce myself as a strong candidate for home based virtual Assistant, Data Entry personnel, Project Manager, telemarketing associate, general and operational management positions that you may be seeking to fill for any company and As a leader, I am particularly valued for my ability to come into ambiguous and unprecedented situations, serving as both a trailblazer and a change agent to bring teams together, set new standards, and achieve seemingly impossible goals. A good illustration of this was my achievements as being an employee of the month for the whole company, promoted on a higher position in less than a year. Now my goal is to serve as an extension of reaching a success goal in a hassle free way. Was able to handle and put up a call center business in the Philippines from scratch. Covered all positions like hiring, training, administrative work, data entry, management, client handling, employee encouragement and enlightenment, List building and research and even maintenance of the building. Was able to make sure that the accounts were carefully handled and reaching goals. Followed up with agents in making sure that they are encouraged and inspired to do their work.
