OFFICE ASSISTANT
As an Office Assistant, I was responsible for answering the telephone calls and taking messages from the supplier of the supermarket I had worked for. Furthermore, I also compiled, sorted and filed records of business transaction and inventories.
ESL TEACHER
I worked as a part time ESL teacher in a Japanese Online School where I needed to teach basic and advance English to Japanese Students. The basic English comprised of: reading, grammar, and correct pronunciation.On the other hand, advance English included: Business English, pronunciation and article interpretation.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, I needed to provide high quality of customer services to our clients in US.
I was as technical support rep where I performed basic troubleshooting on their TV and Internet connections and if they also have complaints, I needed to address those as soon as possible.Lastly, as part of a CSR work, I pitched for a sale to those prospect clients.
