I am very skilled in conversing with multiple client simultaneously through chat, I'm also verse in comunicating in english over the phone, I am also apart of our chat bot team who monitors and records CHAT BOT (artificial inteligence who greets and assist customers through chat before transferring to a live agent) errors in order to lessen mistakes in the future to ensure customer satisfaction.
