My current role in my company is to assist customers on their banking enquiry, I specialize in credit & debit card queries, raising DISPUTES claimes, Transferring payments (BACS), booking appointments, INDEMNITY CLAIMS, setting up standing orders on accounts, reporting Lost and stolen cards and ONLINE BANKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
I am very skilled in conversing with multiple client simultaneously through chat, I'm also verse in comunicating in english over the phone, I am also apart of our chat bot team who monitors and records CHAT BOT (artificial inteligence who greets and assist customers through chat before transferring to a live agent) errors in order to lessen mistakes in the future to ensure customer satisfaction.
