Set up, Clean up and catch up

Accounting/ Bookkeeping 
1. Accounts Receivable or Order To Cash (OTC)- Invoicing, collections, payment application, AR Aging. 
2. Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay (PTP) - Purchase Order, Bill, Payment to suppliers, AP Aging. 
3. Bank Reconciliation 
4. Account Reconciliation 
5. Trial Balance and Financial Reports. 
6. Knowledgeable in using SAP, Netsuite, Bizbox, NAV
7. Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor
8. Xero Advisor Certified

Customer/Admin Support
- process orders received from customers.
 - enter orders in Netsuite and review if correct.
 - Track orders and check the status.
- enter new and update customer's account information
- attend email inquiries of clients and vendors.
 - monitoring of accountable forms 
- participate in the Marketing campaign. 
- knowledgeable in canva and lightroom.
