Profile Description

I have worked as a customer service representative for more than a year. I have been into different accounts, working in a non-voice and voice account.
My experience in a voice account is very remarkable since I really wanted to enhance my communication skills. This help me open my door in improving my communication and English skills since I received calls from different customers and solving their problems right Upgrade to see actual info really helped me also to improve my computer skills because while I was taking calls I also manages to answer emails.
In a non-voice account, I was an email support back then. Each worker on that account is required to answer 100 emails per day/ per shift. I was able to manage answering 100 emails before my shift ends and this helped me to improved my typing skills and also widened my knowledge.
I know that this skills and experienced have already equipped me to apply for a job that is suitable in my chosen field.
